Youth Team Leader

Full-Time | 35 hours per week | Permanent | Wage Range: $42.89 – $56.77 per hour (based on experience)

Scw’exmx Child and Family Services Society (SCFSS) is seeking a Youth Team Leader to join our team. This role will lead a dynamic team in the planning, development, and delivery of youth services. The Youth TL will work collectively with community resources and other teams at SCFSS to support youth in all aspects of holistic wellness. The Youth TL is responsible for ensuring the provision of culturally appropriate youth services under the nłeʔkepmx and syilx practice frameworks, enhancing youth and family relationships and wellness in the Nicola Valley. Emphasis will be placed on preventative measures for wellness enhancement in the lives of youth, their families, and communities.
