Director of Delegated Services

Full-Time | 35 hours per week | Permanent | Wage Range: $57.98 - $86.02 per hour (based on experience)

Scw’exmx Child and Family Services Society (SCFSS) is seeking a culturally grounded and strategic leader to serve as the Director of Delegated Services. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role provides oversight and leadership to SCFSS’s culturally reflective services and programs. The Director of Delegated Services is responsible for developing and implementing an annual work plan aligned with the SCFSS Strategic Plan, ensuring the preservation, restoration, and reunification of children and families through nłeʔkepmx and syilx practice frameworks.
