Starting wage commensurate with experience | Range: $48.56 - $68.83

Scw’exmx Child and Family Services Society (SCFSS) is hiring a Delegated Manager to oversee and guide delegated services in line with nłeʔkepmx and syilx frameworks. The role involves auditing services for quality assurance, ensuring compliance with policies and community practices, and focusing on culturally appropriate interventions for family preservation and reunification. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to culturally informed practices and expertise in maintaining high service standards and compliance.
